I was thinking about this but recently saw a black mk5 gti with Monza II's in silver and I thought they looked small, I had to litterally check to see if they were 18's and not 17's, I've since changed my mind and will either be getting mine done grey or re polished instead.
Laser Blue 3dr No 209683, Leather, Monza II's and a few other goodies...........GONE but not forgotten......now in an A4 S-Line Avant 170tdi......god I miss the Gti.
