Nice, i assumed that due to the unpainted rear calipers it was of an A3, what about clearance with the extra track width, are there room for it on the Skoda?

I'm already running the wider TT rear hubs from a front wheel drive TT. Clearance is 'just'!

Now the head is something a little special.  Runner guides are all welded up.  Ports are enlarged.  Valves are Supertech +1mm versions with uprated springs:
