Yes mate the GTI brakes fit straight on.

Has Lee said mate will fit straight on and unless you get the disc and pads and they are decent then you'll need new ones.  Has for price range from around £100 to about £400.

When I did my GTI brakes I just changed the carriers and discs then painted the original caliper red, was alot easier and ment I didn't have to bleed the brakes after.

The carriers I got second hand for £40 and the disc were new from tps for £80 pair. Not sure on pads as I had them already (but again they are the same as the gt tdi pads)

Car looks really good! I painted my standard calipers with hammerite red and it works well,  it's a good solution until you upgrade to 312mm setup whenever that may be. Worth keeping an eye on fleabay as your not in a rush they do pop up occasionally.
