Dash lights - VAG COM?

Hello

My engine light has come on and I have my scangauge plugged in but it only tells me basic codes so I don't know what is wrong with car plus I pushed a bit of plastic on the floor and now the airbag light is on 
Is there anyone near lowestoft who could clear the airbag code and give me a better description of what all the codes mean and how much would they charge plus I wanted to see if I would be able to activate things like dipping wing mirror when in reverse and others?

I've had the airbag light come on a few times when kids have kicked the plastic covers covering the wires. In the end i invested in a VCDS.

I think you can only get the mirror to dip if you have the memory seats.

It can do minor coding and delete airbag lights
