New wheels again. Gues I'm a wheel whore!

This time for look and everyday use.  :jumping:
I decided I don't want to use spacers with the OEM wheel after BBK.

So here they are, OZ Ultraleggera 8x18 ET45:

Now I have to sell the OEM Cupra Orion Wheels or I'll get  :fighting:.

I'm not expecting mine to be as strong as my 17'' Omanyts from Speedline. 8 kg vs 12 kg should make a difference. :/

I drive more carefully with the OZ. :|

Unfortunately I'm still looking for wheels, those Ultraleggera were ET35, the guy advertising them thought they were ET45. They didn't fit.
But I'm happy, finally my AP Racing BBK is ready.

My car is waiting for the front brakes at my mechanic's for 3 months now. Don't know how AP Racing work but I'm sure that 10000 Fiesta's were borned from March.
Today I couldn't help taking it for a spin even with almost no front pads, I've ignored al the warning noises:  :jumping:
I think it looks good with the trackday wheels also:

I'm happy that I had no rubbing with my Team Dynamics 8J ET45 wheels and TT lower arms with -2.3 camber, but I was driving at normal town speed. I'm still to find out on 27th how this setup will work on track, there is a bolt on the inner side of the wheel arch that is worryingly close. It was also the first spin for the DMACK tyres. They felt pretty grippy but their test will be on the trackday.

I've ordered o new set of Ultraleggeras, this time Matt Graphite Silver 8x18 ET45. Maybe I should have ordered ET48, but I didn't want to risk not clearing the new calipers.

I think I will also keep the OEM Orion wheels for the winter, so I will have 3 sets for different use. I wanted to get rid of them because they will not fit over the AP Racing calipers. But I thing they might.
AP Racing say that this kit will fit under the OEM 2008 Audi S3 wheel + 3mm spacer. That wheel is 7.5J ET54. Orion wheels are 7.5J ET 51 so .... :jumping:
Help me decide which color should I refurbish them, I'm thinking anthracite or matt gunmetal.

Can't wait for the next 2 weeks for the brakes and Ultraleggeras!  :jumping:

That's a very big Palace! :surprised:

I'd go for the Matt Gunmetal for your white Leon. :happy2:

That's the Palace of Parliament, largest civilian building and the second largest building in the world after the Pentagon with a floor area of 360,000 square meters. It is a symbol of Ceausecu's madness from the communist era.  :stupid:

I lean towards gunmetal myself.

Looking good.  Semi slicks are normally as touch wider than the road equivelant of the size due to a more square profile. If you don't get any catchin glike that you should be fine.

The little plastic knob and screw under the arch, most people remove :)

Considering the wealth of his people, he was really mad when he ordered the construction. Didn't know it's existence. Impressive to say the least... :surprised:  :happy2:

You're right! :happy2:
He also destroyed 30,000 residences for this. It is the most expensive building, total costs are estimated at 4 billions USD.

Just read through this and watched the videos, well sorted machine there mate. Glad to see another car being modded and driven properly. Isn't that also the heaviest building in the world since its almost entirely stone?
