Revision D diverter valve ordered, so that should be on tomorrow hopefully.

Better to be safe than sorry mate. They have a nasty habbit of blowing after a map. I had mine fitted the same time as my remap...

Changed the DV this morning. Cant say i can tell a difference to be honest, but at least there is nothing to split now.

Monday at 11am. 

Used my brothers Bluetooth OBDII reader this morning and it calculated 6sec 0-60 (wet and lots of wheel spin) and 280bhp. Approximations of course.

You can take my car up the road on Wednesday if you like see what a TBE exhaust n K&N filter do with similar settings and Revo stage 2

I've been in a blufin stage 2 car and that was very quick, I bet revo is quicker though.....

Revo maybe more agresive , but if the tyres can't handle it, won't help you pull away

The Goodyear F1s suddenly don't seem quite as good now.

Just got back from REVO HQ. 

The correct software has been loaded on and set to B6 T4 F9, it pulls very very well. I also managed to come away with the DSG remap software too.... 

The noise on full boost has been confirmed as wastegate regulating boost pressure (just as PDT thought). I may have a problem with the seals on the fuel pump (slight smell of fuel in the oil) even though Carl logged the rail pressure and said it measured what he expected from an OEM pump. So ill get the oil changed asap and keep and eye on it to see if it is been contaminated, if it is then its a new pump   , its only done 36000 miles....
