TD 1.2's in anthracite 18x8.0 and lowered 30mm on H&R springs

Ben

....That looks very smart indeed - Great body colour too. Your car looks better than some GTI's posted! [In my opinion]

Genuine 18" Monza refurbed by Lepsons in Kent.  Colour is "New Anthracite"

Are you able to provide a full picture of the car and wheels? I'm kind of liking that.
I bought slightly curbed Monza's. Can't get re-diamond cut due to different metals etc. some blah blah story I got told.

Looks really good thou.

anyone know the weight differences of these TD wheels vs OEM GTI/GTD wheels (vancouvers, monzas etc)

i have seen many other cars fitted with the TD 1.2's (usually track cars) so im guessing there must be a significant weight reduction using them

....All 18's weighed without tyres:

OEM genuine Monza's ~ 11 kg.

TD's ~ 9 kg.

OZ Alleggerita's ~ 8 kg.

I went from Monza's to OZ LeggyRita's and immediately could feel the difference in response and feedback without any change in comfort.
