Replaced my cam follower which was an easy enough job following one of the guides of here.unsure how long it has been on there as there is no record in the service history but the motor has 90k on the clock. Good move by the look of things.

Also changed my diverter valve from a B to a G but with no change to the was it drive unfortunately :(

Removed my pre cat. 3 nuts come off very easily 1 took abit of working with a fair bit of wd40. Replaced the gasket and 4 new nuts. Didn't initially notice a difference but just finished a 10 mile or so journey and it's definitely louder than it was before.

MOT at a Halfords Autocentre - passed with no advisories.  I was a little concerned about my pressed plates and that wasn't helped by a couple of the Halfords boys remarking how bright my number plate LEDs were.  Must have all been legal though!
Edition 30 - Reflex Silver - No. 1741.  Revo Stage 1, Forge DV, Sachs clutch, SuperPro Anti-Lift Kit, Pioneer AVH-8400BT, GoPoint and DashCommand.
