The full works then! Brakes look so much bigger that my 330mm setup! I'm tackling suspension next with a Salk and either new shocks with h and r springs or b14 coilovers

Thanks mate! Fortunately this car already had a RNS-510 from factory so it wasn't so bad to update the version.

Both mods really freshen up the interior and work well together. :drinking:

Need more pics!!!!

Today I've went to a body shop to get a quote for the whole front re-sprayed and the rear bumper as well. I'll get the rear bumper replaced by one without sensor holes from factory so that it'll get holes to fit the OPS sensors, like mk6 Golfs have.

When all is done I'll get a friend with a great GTD to take proper pictures with.

Also, today I got a fire extinguisher to have in the boot (2 kg chemical powder for ABC types of fire) and replaced the high beam bulbs with Osram Night Breaker Unlimited.

Oh man your car is a beast. Perfect minimalist styling with 2d candy white, anthracite Ultraleggeras, nice stance and those bad ass brakes! I was reading up about all the performance mods you've done so it has to be quite special to drive too.
I have a 2007 2d tornado red GTI myself with 18" Ultraleggeras too that I was planning to trade for a newer one recently but after seeing your car, I again realized how good these things can look despite being quite an old model. I think I'll just service my motor thoroughly, do a few chassis improvements and drive another few years at least! : )

Thanks mate! I'm really loving the way it drives. Right now it's still on the stock map but it's fast enough for the daily driving.

Can't wait to see how it can be with a Stage 2+ map.

Before buying this car I upgraded the suspension of my GT Sport and it improved a lot around the bends, where I like to have most of the fun.

I really think it's better value to upgrade our cars if we know they're in good conditions.

Today I met with n4s again and he coded the door controllers to close the side mirrors with the key and open when turning on the ignition, like he already did in my GT Sport.

Thank you for your compliments friend! :drinking:

I've ordered from VW the Bluemotion rear axle cover like I did with my GT Sport. Since it has the Powervalve box beside the fuel tank I can't fit/don't need to fit the left cover.
