MK5 Golf GTI

hi guys, shal we organise and set a date for a berkshire met!?

mitch

Nice one! I'm there!!

Alexander was asking about this also, so I'm sure he'd come too!

Yep..

Somewhere around the middle of Berks? Reading way? J10? Showcase Cinema @ Winnersh?

Showcase sounds good..huge car park!

....

Reading area (roughly) makes it a possibility for me too. And depending when.

count me in

I'm sure I could drag Pirelli_P along, if the day is right and he's not working!

Showcase is not too bad an idea.
Hopefully they will have dried out The George http://www.readingrestaurants.com/the_george/ nextdoor as it got flooded last week.

Ok, so its looking like Showcase is becoming a preferred location. Robin - is this within your reaches? I don't know where you're coming from but Showcase is only 5mins away from Reading.

Here is the contact details:

Showcase Cinemas Reading
Loddon Bridge

Winnersh,

Its got a big car park for some photos, and a little pub next door which is fine.

What day is best for everyone? i.e weekday evening, Saturday evening, Saturday day? I can't really do Sundays unfortunately - due to work  so i hope that we can sort something out on a different day!

....

I would suggest a Saturday lunchtime unless it's held in the Summer when evenings are light until late.

I'm thinking about photo opportunities.

Distance is ok for me - Looks like there's some interesting twisties on the A33, or is it all residential houses where filthy rich Berkshire types live? [I've just Google satellite-mapped it and it looks more like fast sweepers - Nice!]

Dependent on date, I'm up for it.

Saturday Morning/Lunch time :D

Winner.

So subject to date, the provisional list is : -

WhiteGTI
CocoPops
RedRobin
Alexander

Sounds good! Let's set a date!
