Gave mine a bit of a clean (with auto fineness) but could do with a good detail on her!

My wife keeps scraping her alloys parking(and pulling off her splitter) and I give her greif. I wish she would take her time an be a bit more careful. Just bought my self a splitter for £54 on ebay said its genuine Vw looks like this from pictures.





I would have a guess it's an ed30 splitter with open middle witch about £300 from dealer 

A genuine ed30 splitter isnt open straight through the middle....

Yes that's the one votex splitter. There is a book with it from Vw and is said its genuine. I'm only guessing it what it is as it doesn't have the full picture from the front so I've crossed my fingers an I will receive it with in 2 days and then will see.  

Are votex ones open then or one solid piece?

There one piece, with the opening (if that makes sense  )

Also the literature pics on the auction show it on a non sports bumper, for the price it is worth trying to mod it to fit 

I would agree with everything you said and I was thinking exactly the same till I actually looked at the shape of it and I bought my ed30 splitter that on my car now with only one picture and it was just a bottom of it and it was stendin up. Paid £40 delivered and when it arrived it was a genuine Vw part and this looks the same. The one that shown on the picture on the on ebay on the documents it's not the same to one they actually selling as the shape is absolutely different.
