I saw something on a forum that got me thinking, the poster wrote :-

If its that easy... why are there not more stories on here about ED30s and R32s been stolen?

I don't think so Mike, but the example was a stock car to my understanding, but every little helps  :smiley:

Very easy hence why mine sits in my grg with Revo anti theft on

Mods yes but way too many to stick in this little box

You could always put the car in transport mode if you have vag com

I read the same on that forum too. I've always thought that the MK5/MK6 Platform was up there in terms of security, there is not much on it in the Motoring rags unless I am missing something?

Seriously? I thought an immobiliser made it impossible. Why are there not any more stories about MK5s being stolen?
